For 2022, I have been awarded a six-month sabbatical from the Dana Hall School, where I have taught for 20 years, and am currently the Head of the Visual Arts Department, and director of the Dana Hall Art Gallery. It is sponsored by the Congdon Family, established in 1984 with gifts from alumnae Jean Congdon Adams ’44, Elisabeth Congdon Mason ’50, and Dorothy Congdon.
I will continue to paint and work on a number of sculpture projects throughout this time and will be attending the Chalk Hill Residency program in Healdsburg, California January 31st - February 14th, Cow House Studios Residency Program in Wexford, Ireland February 28th - March 13, and the Residency at La Macina di San Cresci, in Florence, Italy April 25 - May 8th. My hope is to show the new work, along with other pieces from the Legend of the Pianista series, at the Bromfield Gallery in Boston this summer.
